I led a team of ten professionals in growing club revenue across sponsorship and membership channels.
Notable accomplishments included a substantial increase in membership from 7,000 to 20,000 members within a span of three years. Additionally, we successfully restructured the sponsorship campaign, leading to three consecutive years of profit growth.

2015 AFC Asian Cup
Inaugurated into the role 14 months prior to the tournament with a directive to overhaul the marketing campaign, I took the helm of a marketing team that achieved a series of notable accomplishments.
Our efforts culminated in the revamp of the marketing campaign, delivering a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plan that exceeded expectations by generating an impressive $28 million in ticket sales, well above the initial budget of $15 million.

National Rugby League
I led a newly established sponsorship team to drive sponsorship revenue from existing and new partnership properties. Exceeding revenue targets within 12 months, I led the roll-out of several comprehensive game-wide commercial strategies, including the successful implementation of the National Signage Program (LED) across all 16 NRL clubs.

Surevision
I was entrusted with overseeing the Commercial and Operations portfolios with the goal of expanding our market share in both Australia and New Zealand. This increase in market share was primarily achieved through securing multiple rights contracts for the provision of LED display technology and selling advertising space on these screens during live broadcasts. Our notable clients included the International Cricket Council (ICC), FIFA, Asian Football Confederation (AFC), National Rugby League (NRL), and the Australian Football League (AFL).

Ticketek
Working across the spectrum of Australia’s national sporting bodies and concert promoters, this role incorporated the day to day management of Ticketek’s largest account (ANZ Stadium) . Worked closely with external stakeholders to leverage Australia’s largest event and entertainment customer database to drive attendance and increase pre-paid and casual ticket sales.
